Changes in support
We have just completed the shift to OTB internal teams of all support activities that were previously managed by our partner Innovaway (via phone, email and live chat).
Effective immediately, this is how to get help for HYPEROOM moving forward:
- Search on HYPEROOM help center for procedures, FAQs, common issues, news and more, available 24/07 (we suggest to bookmark it)
- E-mail to [email protected] for everything else
New functionalities
On December 17th we released two highly requested features: integrated reporting and add product to cart straight from the product detail page (more details on the release notes article)
