How to update HYPEROOM's APP to the latest version

Description

HYPEROOM's APP keeps being improved (New releases are announced via HYPEROOM News, every time a new version is released).
This article explains how to keep your APP up to date

Solution

  1. Check your installed version (see How to check HYPEROOM APP version)
  2. Verify if a more recent one is available (from either HYPEROOOM News or the APP release notes article

If so, follow the instructions below.

How was the APP initially installed?

Download the new version

Use the same procedure you followed for the first installation (see how to install the APP)

The new version will install over the existing one, keeping all the content

Wait, it may take some time

Updates under internal distribution should be automatic and pushed within a few hours after the announcement from HYPEROOM news.

If after waiting you still don't see the new version, please send an email to [email protected] with the following data:

  1. IPad Serial Number and person using it
  2. HYPEROOM APP version & Brand
  3. MDM software installed on the iPad (see how to understand which one is it)
