This article describes how to troubleshoot the most common issues and causes in terms of product visibility:
- Product not visible anywhere
- Product visible as dropped instead of valid
- Product visible as dropped instead of not being visible
- Product visible only outside a selling session
- Product visible on Web but not in APP
Most common causes
- Wrong setup of any of the product attributes linked to visibility
- Setup is OK, but recently changed and not yet synced
- Wrong setup in one of the procedures responsible for the product Sync
- Setup is OK, but something went wrong with either the data format, sync, or in HYPEROOM (BUG?)
Resolution
- Check under the same conditions (brand\agent codes\session code\session parameters) before replying to the case, since something may have changed after the request was received
- As the questions:
- Is it everywhere or just inside a session?
- Was the product\color enabled\disabled recently?
- Was the product priced recently?
- Was anything else changed recently?
- Is it on web or APP?
Export iPad is set to No for the model

Color is canceled (before the start of the campaign)

- Join the session and check if the item is visible (in case some time has passed since the request was received and possible a new sync has fixed the issue)

- From backoffice, download pricelist detail file and check if the item is priced for the pricelist (
