- Open https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer and click on Forgot Password
Do not enter anything in the Username field until you have completed the full procedure.

- On the Username field, type your BUYER's account e-mail and click Search to continue

Attention: if the following appears, it means that your account was not moved to the new authentication and you will need to Sign up for a new one.

- Click on Continue (OTB system will send you a verification e-mail)

- Check your inbox for a Forgotten Password verification e-mail sent by [email protected], copy the code and paste it in the Code box. Click on Check code to continue
Attention: should you be not receiving this e-mail, please check your SPAM folder. In case it's not there, send and e-mail to [email protected] and we'll follow up
- Click Continue once confirmed that the code was the correct one.

- Set a new password and confirm clicking on Change Password.

- The procedure is completed: you can now enter https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer with your e-mail address + new password.
