I have an issue connecting to the new address for HYPEROOM BUYERS https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer: the system always indicates Login failed, please try again

Resolution

Click on Forgot Password and follow the procedure (details here)

Cause

BUYERS with an account that was moved to the new authentication system ([April 29th, 2022] Changes to login and registration for HYPEROOM's BUYERS) but never performed the required password reset before accessing for the first time.
