Troubleshooting HYPEROOM BUYER access or visualization issues with Chrome Incognito session

Updated on

Modern browser save a copy of most visited pages to improve load speed (it's called cache)

Every time you visit a website which is also in the local copy, the browser should refresh the content and load the most recent version of each page.

When this does not happen, you see the old page version instead of the new one, which can lead to all sorts of issues.

Incognito sessions start as a clean slate each time, making sure you are seeing the most recent version of the page.

Resolution

  1. Open Chrome, click on the three dots on the upright corner and select New Incognito window
  2. Paste HYPEROOM buyer login url (https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer) in the address bar
  3. Enter your credentials (use your e-mail as account name)
