I'm trying to do the forgot password from https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer.
On the following screen, I type my e-mail, hit search and the following message appears
Resolution
- Go back to https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer.
- Select Sign Up (instead of Forgot Password) to Register a new account (see all details in article How to register (Sign up) a new BUYER account on HYPEROOM)
Cause
On April 29th, we moved to a new authentication system, and migrated only profiles that had placed a cart at least once.
This error message pops up when trying to set the password with an e-mail that was not moved to the new system.
