Message "the user name is not valid or is not eligible to use this feature "trying to set the password as BUYER

I'm trying to do the forgot password from https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer.

On the following screen, I type my e-mail, hit search and the following message appears

Resolution

Go back to https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer.
Select Sign Up (instead of Forgot Password) to Register a new account (see all details in article How to register (Sign up) a new BUYER account on HYPEROOM)

On April 29th, we moved to a new authentication system, and migrated only profiles that had placed a cart at least once.

This error message pops up when trying to set the password with an e-mail that was not moved to the new system.
