How to register (Sign up) a new BUYER account on HYPEROOM

  1. Open https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer and click on Sign Up
  2. Fill all the required fields
    • As Username choose anything you like
    • First name and last name must be those reported in your identity document
    • if you want to place also replenishment\swap orders, click on Request replenishment access

  1. Check your inbox for an email with subject NEW HYPEROOM USER REQUEST VERIFICATION from [email protected]
    • Click on the verify email address link or
    • Copy and paste the code on the Code box

  1. Account is ready: click on Continue to login to HYPEROOM
  2. Now you need to you need to identificate yourself in Hyperoom, follow this manual: Buyer - Identification (once time)
  3. Use a selling session code (usually sent by a SELLER) to start exploring the collection
