What you need to identificate yourself in Hyperoom
- Email address
- Valid ID document
- Phone
- TAX ID
Authentication process
Log in your Hyperoom profile
Click on the blue warning
Select the brand for which you are logging, the Country of your Company and write your Company's name and your taxID.
The indication of the brand is only used to direct Customer Service in case the authentication is not successful. Authentication applies to all brands.
Click on "I agree" to start the identification process
Select your Country
If your Country is not in the list, please select Other
Select the type of document you want to use to identify yourself
You can upload the ID document from your device clicking Upload a file or you can use your phone clicking Continue
If you've selected the phone mode, enter your phone number to receive the verification SMS or scan the QRcode.
Follow the instruction and upload front and back of your ID card (by photo or by upload) and wait for the automatic checks.
You have two attempts to upload the identity card, after which the administrator will intervene to support you.
If the second attempt is unsuccessful, there will be a review by the administrator, who can manually accept or reject the document.
- If the document is approved manually, you can proceed with the signing process.
- If your document is rejected, you will have to go through the authentication process again with a different type of document.
Once your ID document has been verified continue the process
Agree the terms (1-2) and select Signature (3)
Choose your eSign to finalize the authentication.
Once your ID has been verified, you can order with Hyperoom and proceed to sign the sales condition (read the next chapter).

Once you've authenticated, you can complete an order (by placing the cart) by signing the conditions of sales.
To sign the sales conditions join the selling session, check the cart and select "Place cart" (1).
Click "Continue" (2).
Complete your signature details.
Make the first eSign for the general conditions of sale (3) after the order recap.
Sign the unfair clauses (4-5).
Click "Finish" (6).
If you don't complete the eSign process, the order status will be To be sign and the Customer Service won't submit it.
