BUYER
After the second failed attempt, your ID will be manually reviewed by a Sender. The DocuSign page will notify you with an alert and you will also receive an email notification .
At this point your identity document will be manually reviewed by the Sender who will be able to approve it or reject it in case of an invalid document. Please read the case in which your ID is considered invalid:
- The data in your ID does not match your data in Hyperroom
- Your ID has expired
- Your photo ID is not clear or legible
- You have not provided a valid identity document (e.g. season ticket, tax card, library card are not valid as identity document)
- If you have a paper ID card, the system does not recognize it as a valid document, but don't worry, the Administration will manually examine the document and if it is valid it will approve your document so you can finalize the ID process

- exporting the cart from your Hyperoom profile (read: )
- in the mail that you receive when you place the cart
