If the buyer's identification needs to be manually reviewed, you will receive a notification in the administrator shared email (docusign_IDfailure_brand@otb.net).
Click the Manual Review button
Once the administrator of the failed brand has transferred you a copy of the envelope to identify (read the chapter: How to share a failed ID envelope with an internal user who needs to manually approve\reject), log in to DocuSign with your credentials.
Select your profile (1)
Select Change account (2)
Select the account to verify the identifications: OTB Identification Hyperoom - 595237123 (3)
Select Manage (1) > Select Envelopes Sent (2) to see all the identifications that the administrator transfered to you.
Click Authentication Failed (1) and select a Subject (2).
Don't select Correct but click on the buyer's name.
Click View details to check why the ID needs manual review. Under the img ID, check the data regognized by DocuSign.
Click Review ID to verify the uploaded ID document.
Accept or reject buyer's identification.
If you decide to reject the ID, click on Reject ID
If the user registered in Hyperoom with an incorrect data (e.g. name or surname, he missed his second name ecc) after selecting Reject ID, proceed as follows:
- Copy the envelope ID number
- Open a tk to [email protected] with the following info:
Email object: DocuSign\Hyperoom - Correct buyer's personal data
Buyer email:
CORRECT NAME:
CORRECT SURNAME:
Envelope ID:
The brand that Buyer indicated in the ID process:
- Only after receiving confirmation of the correction of personal data in Hyperoom, proceed with the Void of the envelope. In this way the Buyer will be able to report the ID process with the correct data.
Remember that after selected Reject ID you have to click on More (1) > Void envelope (2), to allow the buyer to identify itself again (3).
You can add a short comment expaining to the buyer why you're rejecting his ID document. Then click Void (3)
You can confirm a document if:
- The document has not expired
- Data is clearly visible and legible
- The document is valid
At this point the Buyer will receive an email informing him that he can proceed to eSign and finalize the ID process.

Log in your DocuSign account: https://apps.docusign.com/send/home
In Switch account (1-2) > select OTB Identification Hyperoom - 595237123
Select Manage (1) > Shared Access (2) > ID Check (your brand) (3)
Click Completed and search the user that you want check.
Click on the download icon (1-2) to save the signed identification document on your device.
Log with ADMIN profile in Hyperoom - BO
In Manage User > User list > Buyer search the user and check the last field Identification
Identification status:
- - the user has not started the ID process
- SENT you can cancel and redo the identification from 0
- COMPLETED registration successfully completed
