How to upload T&C contract for a company

You can now manage the T&C contract from Admin profile, logging the Hyperoom - Frontend. (for all brands that are using Hyperoom v1).

Please note that for Hyperoom v2 there is a different frontend: https://hyperoom.otb.net/v2/admin/login (for all brands that are using Hyperoom v2).

You can upload the T&C contract only in PDF and one per brand company.

The file must be a PDF
The FileNameis automatic
If there is not a file, the buyer will eSign only the order proposal without the TC
Keep attention to the layout of the PDF (once in DocuSign in the template there will be also the proposed order header). Each brand has a different heading. We sugget:
- Top margin at least 2.5 cm
- Bottom margin at least 2 cm
Remember to add the keywords in white:
- HYP_SIGNATUREwhere there will be the buyer's esign
- HYP_DATEwhere there will be the date of the buyer's esign
