To download an envelope report, log in to DocuSign and switch to Company account (1).
Select Reports (2) > Envelope > Envelope report (3)
You can also click on Edit filters (4)
You can edit the filter as you prefer by indicating the following information:
- Envelope Status: Any\Sent\Delivered\Completed\Declined\Voided\Correct
- Recipient Name Contains: It is the to of the envelope (such as the buyer who is identifying himself)
- Subject Contains: It is composed of Brand & Country & Buyer's name & Buyer's company name. You can specify a piece of text
- Envelope Custom Field Contains
- Sent By: Any\Specific Users\Specific Groups

Select Done (5) > Run report (6)
Export CVS report clicking Download CSV (7)
