If you have confirmed a document that you should have rejected, you can invalidate the confirmation.
Only the owner can confirm or reject an envelope.
If you are the owner of the envelope, you can invalidate it clicking on More (1) > Void (2)
If you are not the owner of the envelope, you can't invalid it. Read: How to transfer the envelope's ownership
If you are the owner of the envelope you'll find the envelope in your Sent box (2)
If you don't find the envelope in your Sent box, you can check who is the sender of the envelope logging with the ID failure account (1) > Manage (2) > Inbox (3) > the user indicated as sender (From) (4) is the owner of the envelope.
