Welcome!
To work on HYPEROOM as a BUYER you need to:
- Create an account (to access the platform)
- Be given a selling session code by a seller(to see the Collections and work on Orders)
This multi-choice article will guide through the basics (creating the account & joining your first session) as well give you a more in depth explanation on how to manage your order and seek help if needed.

Pick your learning path
Welcome!
If you are reading this, you have likely received:
- An invitation to join a selling session
- A selling session Code
The first step to be able to use it is to create a BUYER account
Create the account
- Open https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer from your browser of choice (we suggest chrome) and click on Sign up
- Fill the rest of the information in the form (as Username, pick anything you want)
Please note: starting May 17th 2022, HYPEROOM will be used for replenishment orders, as well as seasonal.
If you wish to be allowed to place them as well, flag Request replenishment access.
Complete the registration
- An e-mail is sent to you inbox to confirm the registration
- Click on the Verify email address link
Should you have problems with this step, contact us sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Please note that, until you confirm your email, your account won't be validated and you won't be able to access HYPEROOOM.
Sign in for the first time
- User registration is now completed: use the email and password that you just choose to complete your first login
- You are now inside HYPEROOM's home page: get ready to use the selling session CODE that you received
Enter the selling session
- Either type or copy\paste the code and hit CONFIRM
- Session is loaded into your selling session list, where you will be able to access it (as well as any other Selling session you may be invited to) clicking on ENTER

Foreword
If you choose this lesson, you either added products to the cart together with a seller (either in person or remotely) or by yourself and you need to confirm the order.
Before you begin
To proceed you will need:
- An HYPEROOM account
- The selling session code for the order to be confirmed
Enter the selling session
- Login to https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer with your browser of choice (we suggest Chrome)
- Either enter the selling session code or pick an the session from you list (if already existing) and select ENTER
Open the cart and check
- Click on the CART icon
- Take a look at its composition (Adjust products and quantities if necessary)
Confirm
- When you are sure that all is OK, click on Place Cart to confirm the selection.
- Read and confirm your agreement to HYPEROOM's Terms and Conditions and click on PROCEED.
The order is now locked: an email is sent to all the participants to the selling session informing that the cart has been placed and the order is therefore ready to be submitted.
If you change your mind at this point and want to make further changes after having placed the cart, you'll need to contact the Seller in order to unlock it.
Once you are done, you will need to place the cart again.
The seller is now able to submit the order and close the selling session.

Foreword
As a BUYER, you get access to almost the same functionalities that are available to SELLERS.
This gives you the possibility to work on the composition of your orders in total autonomy and rely on a SELLER only for the selling session code and for the final confirmation.

Enter the selling session
- Login to https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer from your browser of choice (we suggest Chrome)
- Either enter the selling session code or pick the session from you list (if already existing) and select ENTER
Take a first look at the collection
Your journey begins on the collection mood page (This is a new feature for all Brands starting with SS22 - See the release notes article)
This is your main gateway to all information regarding the collection theme, inspiration, assigned key look and product details for every style.
Dive into the available content
Explore the Core Looks, Magazine, Videos and Browse the Catalogue to get an overview (see how to use it to the max in the How to check the collection using the Catalogue section article)
And open product pages to dive into the details, fabric composition, size, available variants, plus additional pictures (which you can click to zoom-in)
Create your selection
Found something that you like? You can either:
- Add the style to the Wishlist and select quantities per size later
- Or add quantities directly (from the Cart tab)
Work on the CART
At any time, you can jump to the CART clicking on the icon on the top navbar.
- Products are split between those that you added to the Wishlist and have not quantities yet (Only in wishlist)
- And those that have quantities (Already in cart)
Confirm the order
Once you are satisfied with your selection you can Place the cart
Go back to the scenario selection at the beginning of this article and pick I want to confirm an Order for the details
