The app can be used with Explorer and Seller profiles.
Use app with Seller profile
Once logged, select:
- Your selling sessions (1) in order to explore the orders and create new one
- Browse without session (2) in order to see the catalog
- Support (3) to pen a ticket support
- Switch season (4) to select the season that you want to see
- Synchronization menu (5) - read the manual: Perform a RESTORE DATA (which deletes all stored content)
- LogOut (6)
To create a selling session from your iPad, select the icon (1) or select in Upcoming > Add selling session (2)
- In Name (1) you can edit the title of the order
- In Profile (2), select the agent code
- In Customer (3) select the invoicing code
- In Door (4), select the client code(s)
- In Delivery (5), you can add notes, start time and time
- Active or disactive the Bypass (6) of the buyer's approve
- Save (7)
In Upcoming section (8) you will see the new order.
- Status of the order (9)
- Duplicate (10) the order
- Sync the order (11)
- Delete the order (12)
- Enter (13) to edit qty
- Setup (14) to edit the set up of the order
Select the icon (1)
Insert the code the seller sent to you and select Confirm. You will find the joined order in Past section.
Once you have added the quantities in your cart, remember to sync the order to update the quantities in the web version too.
If the order has been edited by another user since your last syn, (for example you modify the order via the web version), remember that once you log in to the app you will have to Restore data and choose which version of the order you want to keep:
- Download an updated version - to save the latest updated version of the order
- Keep the current version of the app - in this way if you have also modified the order via the web, clicking here will not save the changes
- Merge versions - to merge the edited quantity from the app and the web
- View your current cart - to see your current cart on the app
