We are pleased to inform you that, starting today April 28th 2022, BUYER's authentication will be handled by OTB corporate systems.
This change was made necessary by the upcoming rollout of a new functionality that will allow selected buyers to use HYPEROOM for replenishment as well as seasonal orders.
What will change
- Login address will change from https://hyperoom.otb.net to https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer (old one will still work, but you will be redirected to the new one).
- Buyers that placed at least one order in the past will need to set the password on the new system.
- New buyers or those that never placed an order before (joining a session will not count towards that) will need to register a new account.
What to do (based on how your account was used before the change)
- Open https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer and click on Forgot Password
Do not enter anything in the Username field until you have completed the full procedure.
- On the Username field type your BUYER's account e-mail.
Attention: if the following appears, it means that your account was migrated and you will need to <Sign up for a new one
- Click on Continue (OTB system will send you a verification e-mail)
- Check your inbox for a Forgotten Password verification e-mail sent by [email protected], copy the code and paste it in the Code box. Click on Check code to continue
Attention: should you be not receiving this e-mail, please check your SPAM folder. In case it's not there, send and e-mail to [email protected] and we'll follow up
- Click Continue once confirmed that the code was the correct one.
- Set a new password and confirm clicking on Change Password.
- The procedure is completed: you can now enter https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer with your e-mail address + new password.
- Open https://hyperoom.otb.net/buyer and click on Sign up to register a new account
- Fill the form (you can pick your Username)
- Complete the procedure and log back to HYPEROOM with your new credentials

Known issues
if message the user name is not valid or is not eligible to use this feature pops up, then your account was not migrated and you will need to Sign UP (second scenario in this procedure)
This may be caused by either one of the following:
- Your account was moved to the new authentication, but you never performed the password reset (see how here)
- You are using the wrong Username: try with your e-mail address
