Description
Users can upload an order in Hyperoom via Excel, downloading a template file where inputting quantities to create a Cart.

Buyers can only download the order template but cannot upload it in Hyperoom
Resolution
Enter into the selling session and go to the Catalog page.
Click on Export
There are two options for the export.
The first export is fully editable, but cannot be used as template to upload the order.
The second export is the template needed for the import. This is the option to choose.
Once selected Proceed, you will get an email with the Template to download.
Open the file and add the quantities.
Please, note that only the cells in orange color can be edited.
The cells in the top are in blue color to help the user to distinguish the template from the other export file.
Below you can see the other export file, which cannot be used for the import
In case you wrongly selected the first option for the export file, the import will end in error.
Once completed the file with all quantities, save and import it in Hyperoom.
Go to the Cart page.
Click on Upload Order and Choose File.
Select the file
Click on Proceed
While the file is being imported you can navigate but not add quantities.
Once completed the import, you will get the message confirming it.
You should select the Refresh button to update the Cart.
