You can use this forcing when the imgs are not visibile in Hyperoom or in the Excel export of the catalog\whislist. This can happen when there is a misalignment in the nightly update.
- To force the img sync, log in in Hyperoom - BackOffice (with Admin or Content profile)
- Select Products > Product list (1)
- Search the StyleID with the problem, swipe right and flag the attribute Sync Image (2)
You can also Sync the images of the entire catalog by clicking the Sync Images
Please, note that the sync (specific or general) is not real time, you will have to wait until the next automatic update which happens every 4 hours (read Product images and swatches in HYPEROOM Data Sync schedule).
