HYPEROOM (SAP v2 for JS JP users): How to login for the first time - Sellers and Explorers

Description

Accounts for Sellers and Explorers needs to be requested and then created by OTB.

Once the profile is created, the password is not set yet: the first step in order to login is to choose a password.

This procedure explains how to do it.

Resolution

Expand or collapse content 1. Start the process to set the password
  1. Connect to https://hyperoom.otb.net/v2/v2/auth/login, write the email that was used to register your account (it's usually your primary email) and click on CONTINUE
  2. On the following screen, click on forgot password

If more than one account is linked to your email, you will see a drop-down list from which to choose:

in this case, repeat the reset password procedure for each account (password are not synced between accounts, so it's up to you to choose the same for all or keep them different)

  1. Check your Inbox: you should receive an email with a reset password link
  2. Choose your password and confirm with RESET PASSWORD

You are now back to the initial page: https://hyperoom.otb.net/v2/v2/auth/login login with your email (select the account from the dropdown, in case you have more than one) and the password that you just choose.

Depending on your role, you will see two different pages:

  1. SELLERS (create and Join selling sessions as well as browse the catalogue)
  2. EXPLORERS (browse the catalogue to see the collection)

For the best experience on HYPEROOM we suggest using Google Chrome, Firefox or Edge Chromium.

Internet Explorer and Edge are not supported

For MAC users, Safari is known to sometimes have issues with password reset.
