This manual explains how to activate the automatic skipping of contract signing for a customer (door and/or billing customer).

Log in to the Hyperoom Back Office with an Admin profile.

Menu: Customer (1)

Go to the Door or Customer section (2)

Select the customer and scroll to the right to open the “View customer settings” tab (3)

In the Admin panel, select the type of Skip sign:

• 0 – No skip = if selected, the user will sign the contract (default)
• 1 – Skip sign = if selected, the user will not sign anything
• 2 – Skip sales terms = if selected, the user will sign only the order without the T&Cs

Contract * = free text field, enter the name of the contract (only available when Skip sign type is 1 or 2)

Validity date * = enter the date range during which the skip sign is active (only available when Skip sign type is 1 or 2)
