HYPEROOM APP: troubleshooting common issues

Use this procedure in case you are experiencing one or more of the following symptoms:

  • APP is missing\has different content (images, products, prices, etc.) compared to HYPEROOM's website despite performing all the synchronizations
  • APP is crashing\stuck during content download
  • APP keep notifying of available updates on the sync menu despite having performed the sync already.
  • APP is not accepting logins

Additional information

If the two steps above did not solve, send an e-mail to hyperoom_support@otb.net reporting:

  • iPad model + available space
  • APP version and Brand
  • Account name
