HYPEROOM APP: troubleshooting common issues

Use this procedure in case you are experiencing one or more of the following symptoms:

  • APP is missing\has different content (images, products, prices, etc.) compared to HYPEROOM's website despite performing all the synchronizations
  • APP is crashing\stuck during content download
  • APP keep notifying of available updates on the sync menu despite having performed the sync already.
  • APP is not accepting logins

Resolution

Make sure you have the most recent version installed

Perform a RESTORE DATA (which deletes all stored content)
  1. From inside the APP, tap on the SYNCHRONIZATION MENU and select SAVE YOUR WORK this guarantees that all sessions are backed up (if you have no sessions you can skip this)
  2. TAP on the Log Out icon on the upright corner and confirm with PROCEED: this will bring you back to the login page
  3. From the login screen, tap on RESTORE DATA: this will delete all content stored on the iPad

Performing a restore data is also a best practice each time you upgrade from previous versions.

  • iPad model + available space
  • APP version and Brand
  • Account name
