- Super Agents can create sessions either for themselves or assigned to a specific Agent. When creating a session, they can create and assign it to others selecting among Agents with same profiles as them;
- Agents will find this session among their selling session list, without having to join it and without the Super Agent among participants
Instruction
- Open Hyperoom > Create new Selling Session
- Add the data: Selling Session Name; Date; Star Time; End Time
- Click on Assigned to > Me
- In Select your profile add the agent code
- In Select the client add the invoicing client code
- In Select the door(s) for this session select the client(s) code
- Click on Assigned to > Others
- In Assigned agent select the agent to which you want to assign the session
- In Select your profile add the agent code
- In Select the client add the invoicing client code
- In Select the door(s) for this session select the client(s) code
