Description
This article explains how to use the self-service procedure to change your password in the following cases:
- first access to the platform
- forgot password
Instruction
Open https://hyperoom.otb.net/login
Add your email address (1) and click Continue (2).
Select the profile in which you want to change the password (3) and then click Continue.
Click Forgot password (4).
HYPEROOM sends an email with a link to click.
Check in the email that you have received it, open it and click on reset password (5).
Choose a password and confirm by clicking on RESET PASSWORD (6).

This password can be used both on the website and in the HYPEROOM APP.
It is not synchronized with that of the OTB account used to access www.otb.org and Stealth (for those who have to manage the sending of order proposals), as the two systems are independent.
