Once you have downloaded the catalog in template format (see How to upload an order via Template file), copy the columns with the news items.

Staying on the same sheet, move to the right and paste the columns into the free cells after the Total Wholesale column.

Work on the glued columns on the right. You can use VertVert search formulas etc.

Once finished, copy the news columns inserted on the right.

Position yourself on the first size column on the left in the original template, select the size columns and click Paste Special > Paste Link.

Click OK on the warning.

Save the file and import it into Hyperoom as per the manual.

To work with this method download the following  two files:

• The session catalog in template format
• The attached "Database" file, containing a macro that allows you to report the quantities relating to the data vertically in the template, via vert search.

Below are the steps to follow.

1. Open Database.xls and indicate in the first column the concatenation of the model\part\color\tg, in the second column indicate the qty.

2. Open the relevant session template file

3. In the template file, press Ctrl+Shift+C to call the macro

4. Indicate the first editable cell (example: Z8), that is, the first orange cell of the first available article

5. Enter the formula based on the first editable cell (without = at the beginning). Example:

6. The macro will start and, in a few minutes, will complete all the editable cells based on the inserted search engine, keeping the application busy.

Proceed with importing the template into Hyperoom.
