I can't find on Stealth the orders that I submitted

I confirmed the order but i can't find it in Stealth

Applies to

  • HYPEROOM orders

Resolution

  1. Send an email to [email protected] specifying:
    • Selling session code (or codes) of the impacted orders
    • Brand
  2. CC you Customer Service contact

Possible causes

  • Communication issues between HYPEROOM and Stealth
  • HYPEROOM profile not being linked to a Stealth profile

Rest assured that the order can still be recovered (no order was ever lost since we started using HYPEROOM)
