I logged into HYPEROOM to check the collection but I can only see the "join your first selling" message

Description

I want to see the catalogue, but all I can see is the join your first selling session button.

This is the BUYER's home screen.

Than you have two accounts:

  1. Select the one that has  -JC, -DS, -MM, etc (depending on the brand) at the end and login (if this is the first time, you will need to follow the procedure for first login)
  2. Send an email to [email protected] requesting to have the BUYER's account removed

This means you only have a BUYER's account

  1. Follow the procedure to request an account
  2. Mention that you have a BUYER's profile that should be removed

i can only see the join new session, after reset my password.
i also open the catalogue and it was empty
all previous selling sessions have disappeared from the webside

@alexia: thanks for using the comment section!
In fact your problem was different from the one described here, because you were actually connected to the seller's side, but due to a problem with all accounts, all sessions were temporarily gone.
Should you need to seek help in the future, I'd suggest send an email to [email protected] and leave the comment section to Q&A related to the published article.
