Export template

• There is the possibility to download the template order in the catalog, cart and wishlist sections (both web and app)
• The orange cells identify the only editable size for each item
• In each export template there are: one sheet for each door of the session and a summary sheet that highlighs the totals divided into doors and collections
• The total quantity and total  amount automatically update when some changes are made
• Added total retail in all exports file
• The firs cells with main information have been locked to faciliare usability
• Only the following users  can export the template file within a selling session : buyer, seller, super agent

Import template file

• The user can upload in the cart page or in the selling session list the export template file ( only web)
• Buyers cannot upload the order in Hyperoom
• set of rules have been implemented  to verify the correctness of the imported file
• The latest status of the import will always be  available in the black header and in the selling session list

• The colors of the variants (web and app) have been sorted in alphabetical order in the PDP

• When the user creates a sales session, he/she has to choose only one gender to filter the catalog and contents based on the previously selected gender.

 To download the segments updates, it is necessary to execute the update of door, profile and customer, available in the synchronization menu.

When watermarks are added or removed from the Hyperoom Back End (BO), the app will automatically update itself from the Home page.

The users with role ADMIN and CONTENT can activate or deactivate the watermarks in the images (both from web site and app), clicking on the flag "Watermark" available in 'Content' -->'Static Content' -->'Label' from Hyperoom Back End.

NOTE: The flag is active as defaulf only for Margiela and MM6.

‘Watermark’ feature that display the following details over the product images and contents:

   • The email address of the user who has logged in

   • The client name of the selling session. This name will be visible only in a selling session, and not in the ‘Browse without session' section.

Feature developed to avoid that the customers share product images in the social networks or without consensus.

Message Selling session already present would pop up even if the session was being joined for the first time. This was caused by a delay while saving the code, which has been fixed.

For changes in the wish-list, default sync mode between web and app will be merge.

Under some rare circumstances, this would cause the session to crash.

Small bugfixes

This is caused by an expired certificate on APP versions up to 7.1.9. Installing 7.2.0 renews the certificate for one more year

Quick filters are pre-defined selections of items, created by admins and content creators, from HYPEROOM's website.

Once set, these kind of filters are available as a select-able options on the filter menu and as buttons on the Catalogue navigation and Mood page.

Quick filters give Sellers the possibility to save a filtered view from HYPEROOM's website, so that it can be used within the selling session.

Once set, they can be used on the APP as well.

To use this feature:

1. select Copy and exit the session
2. enter the second session, open the cart and tap on Paste

This functionality was previously available only on Web

This is a new functionality for both the APP and HYPEROOM's website.

Previously, it was not possible to copy content from accepted\submitted sessions (example showing an accepted session)

To perform the download, open the look\magazine and tap on the download icon.

This will redirect you to the HYPEROOM's website, where the content will be downloaded as PDF

This is being introduced for performance reasons (sessions with more than 10 doors were prone to issues)

• Quick filters would in some cases have zero results

Solution would require a restart of both the call and the APP:

1. You can now add to the Wishlist all products of a selected LOOK in a single step
2. Example of previous APP versions, without this functionality

1. The parent selection (like Male shoes in the example below) now limits the values that are shown in the filters (footwear)
2. Previous APP versions would show all available attributes (apparel, bags, etc), even if unrelated to the collection.

This will alert those creating the sessions that they may not see products\collections until prices\currency are loaded into the system

In the example below we show how, in previous APP versions, the back button would lose the initial position.

1. Opening a product from the Only in Wishlist CART section
2. And hitting the back button from the product page to go back to the same section
3. Would bring the APP back to the Already in cart section rather then Only in Wishlist
