Issue description
- Products are visible online, but not on the APP
- App content is different from what I see on the website
- Pictures are not appearing in the APP (but are visibile on the site)
- We don’t see the prices in the HYPEROOM APP
- Products on the APP are showing as expired while they are OK on the website

Cause
APP content is downloaded on the iPad and needs to be kept synced, while the website is always up to date.
Resolution
Syncronize the content
- Update Reference Catalogues (this is for product data, images and content)
- Update Doors, Prices and Customers
Still not working?
- SAVE YOUR WORK from the synchronization menù (you can skip this if you are not working with selling sessions)
- Perform a RESTORE DATA from the home screen (click here for details) and download all content again.
