Session created on APP has different quantities on the website

On the Hyperoom website, I can’t see the session with the quantities that I put on the APP

Applies to

  • Sellers using HYPEROOM APP (all brands)

Resolution

  1. Tap on the Sync menù on the APP
  2. Select Save your work to syncronize the session content with the website

Cause

Sessions created on the APP are not synced back to the website until this activity is performed.

Previous Article APP has different content from the website (images, products, sessions, prices)
