Stuck on message "selling session already present" trying to re-join a session which we can't find in the list (BUYER)

I'm trying to log back into a selling session to make changes but I'm stuck on the message Selling session already present. Check your selling session list to enter it.

I can't find the session in the list.

Cause

Session had been hidden by mistake

Resolution

  1. From the sessions list page, click on view hidden sessions in the upright corner
  2. Click on the squared Eye icon next to the session to unhide it
