I created a selling session but I can't find it on the APP.

When I try to join with the code from the APP it says Something went wrong: shortcode invalid. You are the owner of the session

Sessions created on Web and opened on APP

Sessions created on web need to be synced with the APP before becoming visible

Yet, if you try to add them, the APP connect with the server and detect that the session code is already active and displays the error message

Hit SAVE YOUR WORK from the sync menù

If the session is not still not appearing:

1. Make sure to have the latest APP version: if not, update it
2. If you are already on the latest version, perform a restore data and download all content again
3. Contact support
