I have downloaded the APP but I'm stuck at message Your account is not enabled to use this app right after I type my email.
Environment
HYPEROOM APP
Cause
On HYPEROOM, each Brand requires a distinct APP and a dedicated account (ex: if you download the Margiela APP, you will need to have a Margiela account).
This message pops up in case you are trying to log into an APP you don't have an account for.
Resolution
- Either Install the correct APP (How to install and download content into HYPEROOM's APP) in case you downloaded the wrong brand
- or ask to have an account for the brand (e-mail to [email protected]
